Jason Ahn is Vice President of Business Development at Seneca Solutions where he is responsible for driving company’s new revenue opportunities. He has more than 20 years of experience in helping companies grow their market position with proven expertise and track record in managing products, services and operations, identifying key market opportunities, and cultivating strategic business partnerships in domestic commercial, international and U.S. Federal markets. Mr. Ahn has held various marketing and sales positions for globally recognized companies including Michelin, MCI, Global Crossing, and NANA as well as working for venture-backed start-up companies. Prior to joining Seneca Solutions, Mr. Ahn worked as a consultant helping KDDI, KT and SAIC expand their international market presence.
Mr. Ahn has an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA in International Business from George Washington University. Mr. Ahn also served as an officer in the United States Army.

Mr. Ellis has over 15 years of industry and government experience in management, consulting and legal capacities. Mr. Ellis specializes in business and technology strategy. He has extensive technology strategic planning experience in the public sector at the federal, state and local government levels.
Prior to joining Seneca Solutions in 2013, Mr. Ellis was COO and General Counsel for AgileNsite LLC, a strategic technology consulting firm. Mr. Ellis was an associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he specialized in corporate transactions. Mr. Ellis held consulting positions at Gartner Inc. and Deloitte Consulting.
Mr. Ellis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Juris Doctor from the Northwestern University School of Law. Mr. Ellis holds an active Secret clearance.

Dr. Roberto Nang is a highly decorated and retired Army Medical Corps colonel who welcomed the opportunity to work with Seneca’s team of distinguished leaders. He has a robust medical education, diverse assignments, senior medical leadership/command, and inter-agency experience.
His culminating Army assignment was as the Joint Medical Chair (JMC) for Global Health at National Defense University (NDU). As the JMC, he worked closely with the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs) and the NDU Provost to expand DoD’s global health network; develop a strategic health enterprise curriculum; anticipate the future of the health industry and ways to meet its challenges; led interagency collaboration and partnership with the senior leaders of government organizations, non-government organizations, universities, and private industry with the Inter-agency Health Leaders Roundtable; and articulated the importance of “Health as a National Security Imperative” to DoD’s senior leaders.
Dr. Nang is an American Board of Preventive Medicine diplomate in 1) General Preventive Medicine and Public Health and 2) Occupational Medicine. He has done field, clinical, and epidemiologic research and published articles on Hantavirus, HIV, Adenovirus, Varicella Vaccine, Peacekeeping, Medical Stability Operations, and Global Health. He has outstanding installation and community experience in population health having been the Chief of Preventive and Occupational Medicine at Ft. Polk, LA and Ft. Carson, CO.
He is a well-recognized leader, educated at the Army’s Command and General Staff College (Ft. Leavenworth, KS) and at the US Army War College (Carlisle, PA). He commanded an Area Support Medical Company in Somalia, 1993, and led a Preventive Medicine team from the US Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine to work with the Nicaraguan Ministry of Health following Hurricane Mitch in 1998. From 2002-2005 he was the Division Surgeon of the 1st Cavalry Division and directed and managed all troop health services support in garrison and during its deployment to Baghdad, Iraq 2004-2005. From 2005-2008, he commanded the 31st Combat Support Hospital at Ft. Bliss, TX and over 300 healthcare personnel during a 15-month deployment to Iraq, 2007-2008.
He is currently a senior occupational medicine consultant to ODASA-ESOH and holds adjunct professor positions at Uniformed Service University of the Health Sciences and NDU. He received a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy; his MD from the University of Utah, his MPH from the University of Washington, and a Masters in Strategic Studies from the US Army War College. He has worked with consulting and contracting companies during his assignments as the JMC, as commander of the 31st CSH and as the Division Surgeon of the 1st Cav.
Dr. Nang’s portfolio of work in research, clinical OM/PM, population medicine, academic medicine, interagency partnership and collaboration, global health, and consulting/contracting will provide Seneca Solutions leveraging capabilities in strategic health issues and projects. He supports President Mark Baines’ futures mindset to serve the Seneca Nation of Indians by developing and expanding business & employment opportunities in health.
